cane creek headsets

i have an s-3 and i hate it. it doesnt wobble but it doesnt spin at all. when i spin it, it spins for maybe 2 seconds and then stops. i suck at whips and bars cuz its way harder because it moves so slow. whats the fastest cane creek headset cuz i need a new one

s3s are prefect dude idk what your talking about are u riding it with threadless forks? i mean ive rode it with threaded and threadless forks an they both seem fine just threadless give it full speed but it should stop... try changing your race i did when i first got it an it spun much faster an smoother

Make sure you have the race that comes with the with headset, not the stock one on the fork. Also, make sure your cups in are right, that the headset is greased, and that the headset isn't super tight. Tighten it to the point just past where it stops wiggling.

its not greased but yeah the cups are in right and it's not super tight. it barely wiggles at all. idk why it spins so slow though.

ya i have an inward extreme threadless. and ill switch it to see if it makes a difference.

i really like my S3
there is no resistance and isnt grainy like unsealed headsets
it doesnt spin super fast, but its a lot smoother than others

ive had mine even longer and i dont even have a problem with it. minus the fact that i broke the top cup in half.

ya thats me lol. and i tried greasing it and changing the bearing cages and it still wont spin that much.
