i just got a cane creek s3
i put in the cups as far as they can go
changed my crown race
but when i put my fork on it still wobbles
can you help me

The crown race is wobbling or the whole steering setup?
The S-3 comes with instructions and a diagram of where every piece goes.
My guess is, you did not tighten everything correctly, or you didn't put the top race on the forks. When you slide your forks into your headtube, the first thing you should put on is that little silver ring with the slit in it.

Did you put the race on your fork? The race that came with the headset.
