HV30 is a CMOS sensor, not 3ccd, but the colors are still pretty awesome out of it. Shoot 1080P im pretty sure (full HD). You get 24p, 30p, 60i. 30p is realllllly awesome, thats what i shoot with on my DVX. (p stand for progressive, so your not shooting interlaced, the picture is ALOT nicer on the computer, and doesn't need to be de-interlaced on a TV). Its small, so i dunno if thats a plus or minus for you, but it has no handle. The fisheye is cheaper (baby death or the new fisheye century is making specifically for the camera with 43mm threads). I cant think of anything else right now, but read up on it.
