Canon T2I Fisheye Lens

Okay well my friend is starting to film with his T2I, and neither of us really know too much about shooting with DSLRs.
I'm trying to find a fisheye lens, but to be completely honest, I have no idea how any of this stuff works. I've seen a bunch that are like $700 in Tom's thread, but he is not going to be able to drop that much on a lens. I know you can get Century Optics for like $300, and Kenko's for like $35. There has got to be some sort of cheap, decent lens for a T2I. Anything under $100 would be nice. Help me out.

And what is the best thing I can get that will thread onto the existing stock lens? As opposed to buying a whole new lens?
I know it won't be as nice, but I'm just looking to get something cheap.

Or you can get the proper fisheye for the camera and not use sketchy adapters.

Pretty much every fisheye other than the peleng 8mm is the same for dslrs. Opteka dslr fisheyes seem like a popular choice but vivitars, bowers, rokinons are all the same lense.

The Peleng fisheye actually has a tiny bit of vignetting that is blurry, but doesn't look too bad. It's a little bit more expensive but what it costs in price it makes up for in wideness. It is the wide fisheye lense that looks good on a dslr out to the regular consumer today. The canon 8-15 is another choice but it costs upwards of 1000 dollars.

This is a good example of the usablity of the T2i for filming. There is a opteka fisheye shots aswell as peleng in there. peleng is the one with a little fussy black line in the shot. thats the blurry vig.

So basically it's not worth getting one unless I get a real lens, instead of one that threads over the current lens?

Really though, andy rhode has some pretty sick stuff that he gets the chance to shoot at.
He knows his shit.

Pretty much you want:
Peleng 8mm if you don't mind the vig an if you want something wide
Rokinon, Opteka, Vivitar, samyang, etc. If you want no vig less lens flares
