Cant get my bars off my fork!!!

i have inward bars, stock threaded headset and lucky nw fork.the headset sucks ballz, but the bars will not move AT ALL and im somewhat screwed for riding till i get this worked on. how can i get it to budge?

Rubber mallet

stick a long ass metal pipe/screw driver in between the fork legs and have it snugly fit against the deck/headtube and spin it hard, thats what i do with mad rusty forks, normally works

^^i usually use a t-tube from old razor bars it does work great

oh, i finally got it out, put some old razor wheels in and dehubbed them in the process, but twisted a bunch. thanks guys
