You honestly think Jordan and I plan to use the Blog website as our site forever? We already have InsideScooters.com. Which we will eventually be moving to. I simply found it it odd that you are basically going to be making your own site to basically do what Jordan and I set out to do. Only you plan to add lengthy articles or what not to it. I never knew you planned to start your "Magazine" online. You never made it seem like you would be doing it online. But dont sit there and try and belittle what Jordan and I are doing with Inside-Scooters, by sticking "blogging" into little quotes. As if what you plan to do is going to turn out and be some fuucking amazing thing. That will make everyone just simply forget about our "blog". We had no intention of Inside-Scooters growing to what it has. You think we went into this trying to make money Andrew? We went into this to expand the sport, and give people knowledge about the riders they look up to, and to give them insight on parts they might want to buy in the future, among many other things that we plan to do in due time. You make it seem as if we plan to continue to simply do what we currently do on the site. To be honest, we weren't prepared for what IS turned into. We dont got experience in all of this, but we are learning and adapting to this as best we can, and we have a lot of plans for the future. The way Jordan and I saw your first post up there was basically like this.

We set up a small little stand selling..oh i dont know, Ice cream. And you saw us, and thought "aww how cute" And helped us out a bit. Shortly after, we started getting quite popular, and were pulling in some products/money and were getting some recognition from some of the top companies in the..err Ice cream world. And soon after, you show up with a full on fuucking Ice cream shop. Fuucking Baskin Robins, sitting right next to our little stand. Wonder where people are gonna go now? Doesnt take a fuucking genious to figure this one out does it.

(Hows that for an analogy Aaron)

Thats my opinion on the matter. People can disagree with it or not. Wont matter to me.

I have to say Andrew, I know you had plans to start making magazine content but never knew when. It kinda seems like you wouldn't be working on it now without IS...you saw our success and realized there were some dimes involved and wanted to get in as soon as possible.

And about us not having a legit site yet- of course we don't. We've been up what, 2 months? Having a .com site is in our future of course, but as both Steven and I are not experienced in the technical aspect of running a site it is not going to come quickly. I quote you-

"At the time I didn't have enough knowledge to resolve the problem myself nor did I have enough money to pay someone to do it for me so I just left it the way it was."

You guys are seriously delusional if you believe that. I HELPED you succeed. Again, LOOK AT YOUR WEB STATS and tell me where your traffic is coming from.

Let's just be realistic here, there have not even been any real companies worthy or able to advertise anywhere until the last year. I have been turning down a LOT of "dimes" to keep this place ad free in the past 6 months but as soon as I got a bill for $1,000+++ to keep SR up and running last few months that changed my attitude towards advertising. You can call it a coincident or whatever you like but I assure you it has absolutely nothing to do with IS and everything to do with me losing a lot of money with the growth and maintenance of this web site. Would you like me to forward you emails with my web guy discussing site layout and dedicating ad space that predate IS by MONTHS?? The contact page up top used to have an entire section dedicated to advertisers http://scooterresource.com/page.php?7 which is at least 3 years old and entirely outdated (I have not even used my hotmail account in nearly 2 years) because I stopped using it when I realized there were no companies serious enough to advertise back then and I actually preferred to keep things ad free... back when it was cheap. The only person who has ever advertised on SR is James from Scooter Zone and he gave me 3 pairs of metal cores for 3 months advertising like 2 years ago and I gave them to my team. You guys have NO IDEA where I am coming from running a site this size paying thousands of dollars to keep it running and I'm tired of paying for it out of my pocket when there are people out there leeching my traffic to make a buck so I am upgrading to a more maintenance free system and dedicating ad space to make up for it and that is all there is to it. Until you guys start running a real web site with real bills you cannot criticize anything I am doing with MY website and business especially when it has been public knowledge for YEARS that I intended to do everything I am now doing.

As for your ".com" it takes 5 minutes and $10, which you can easily afford, to register the name for safe keeping so someone else does not buy it out from under you which is very likely to happen when you release something successful that is unprotected to a community of thousands... or John and Chris could have bought it out from underneath you just to get their name back whether they ever did anything with it or not. I gave you that bit of advice from experience because in business, timing is everything and if you do not act quickly you will get screwed which is obviously something you have not learned yet but eventually you will and it will make you far more cautious and secretive about your plans until they are ready to be released as a final product. Just because you own a ".com" does not mean you have to use it immediately it just means it is there waiting for when you are ready... I own like 10 at least... one for every bullet on my list of goals and then some. Also, saying "It kinda seems like you wouldn't be working on it now without IS" is just making another assumption. It probably also kinda seemed that I was not working on clothing company, a media company and a freestyle scooter organization too until I told you I was but did that mean that they weren't happening? No. Sorry I don't talk about all my plans because I am cautious and secretive when it comes to my business because I have been screwed by people and it is not fun. I do not talk about anything anymore until I have a final and/or near-final product ready to be released to the public so when it hits, it is undeniably mine which is what I did with PROTO and what I plan on doing with everything else.

You can keep talking about this if you want. Im done, my opinion on the matter is set. Aswell as other peoples. You wanna do business later on with IS. Contact me through email. Good luck with the articles, interviews, product reviews and all that. Everyone else who has opinions on the matter, dont post it here or anywhere for that matter.

Honestly, if one thing, and ONE thing only should change on here, it's all the drama. It needs to go, end of story. I am starting to get sick of coming on SR now to find a bunch of bullshit threads where nothing goes on but people bashing one another. Sure this might sound kinda weird coming from me as I am kind of a dick on here sometimes, but seriously, come on guys, the sport isn't even big enough yet to have all this drama going on..
