alright, well put it this way, you say drew did a 1080 a few years ago whenever, well supposedly the first 1080 on a bike was done by carlo griggs, im not sure if theres any video footage or not..but with a trick thats pretty big like that, people will tend not to believe you if you dont have any proof, and a picture of a 1080 wouldnt exactly constitute "proof". heres an example of what i mean. john radtke, the flip combos he says he does are completely messed up, tricks and combos a lot of people cant even do period, and hes doing them in backflips. the reason people believe him without video proof of every single combo is becuase hes put up footage of some pretty insane backflip combos and made it look easy. like he claims 360 flip turndown or something, and everyones seen the video of him like stepping off a 360 flip, and since he has flip turndowns like nothing, its not hard to believe hes done 3flip turndowns. If you had a video of you catching a triple fingerwhip or something, im sure people would believe youve done quads. and if people saw footage of drew doing 720s down stairs without much trouble, they probably wouldnt have much trouble believing that he got 1 foot on 1080s.. thats just how it works, if you have footage, people believe you, if you dont, they probably wont
edit: another thing about john, he was an amazing rider even before he learned flips, he had a lot of respect and everything, but once he started saying these backflips combos he was doing, i know there were some people that though it was bullshit too, until he started getting footage of some of it
