sorry, but the greatful dead just sucks. i hate them with a passion. they've got a couple good songs, but for the most part its just drone, boring hippie jam shit. i could never understand why people like them so much.

Not any offense or anything but Jerry Garcia is amazing. Bob Weir is great and Phil Lesh is arguebly the best bassist of his era. My dad went to ovr 180 concerts of the dead and so Sean I would have to say that was not right.
It is my opinion however but the jamming stuff is great its musical talent. Not screaming

You know, I find it really sad that alot of you have the time to actually find out all this stuff about music and learn members and all this shit. I find a band I think sounds good and listen to it, I couldnt give a shit the names of the people or the year they were created or where to get their latest sex tape
