cleaning an fsa SEALED headset

yeah the bottom cup on my fsa sealed headset is really like dirty haha its pure shit and im in the process of cleaning it like i popped the bearing cage off or w/e it is so you can see the bearings but what do i do from there?

sorry if theres a thread about this already. i searched and only found stuff about unsealed headsets

Take it to your bike shop, they'll pop out the top part of the sealed bearings and clean it for you.

i already popped out the top part. i jus need to know what i need to do after that. and i dont have a local bikeshop bc my town is shit lol =P

take out the braring cage and soak it in wd40 or alchohol or something that should work lol idk

already tried... it lubes it and stuff but it doesnt clean it.. it needs cleaned lol

Just wipe it out. Soak it in alcohol. Then put 3-in-1 in it and put it together. It will be fine.

i cant wipe it out. i took the bearing cage out but the beaings are still in the thing and there to enclosed to wipe out or w/e

you dont need to clean sealed headsets.... they're SEALED. as in NO DIRT CAN GET IN.

well it obviously did for mine.. and even if it doesnt its still smart to clean them every once in awhile
