This is not as stupid as it sounds, unless it was made from a billet.
Guys from Aus would know flared bars they were CNC'ed, they had laser cut tabs.
You could also use a CNC machine to bend bars to have back sweep and up sweep like they do on bmx bars and also do the tig welding that would practically be flawless and absolutely clean.

We are talking about using a cnc mill to make complete, literally one piece bars from one block of aluminum though, not just creating and assembling components using various cnc machines.

CNC is just a process by which machines use a computer program to control cutting, bending, punching etc. Technically anything can be "CNC"ed.

Billet is what they call parts that started out as a raw block of material and a CNC machine (mill, lathe, etc) cut it to its final shape.

All PROTO clamps and wheels are billet, CNC machined. All the star logos on bars, forks, etc. are CNC laser cut/engraved.
