Get out of my thread, go post somewhere else. If you have videos that prove your better than me and can give me legit advice, okay. but as for now...

that doesn't make any sense at all, he doesn't have to be good to tell you that you're not on the same level as scooterzone and phoenix riders. because they have proof of how good they are lol

Colton, you are good but let the sponsorship thing go for a little bit for your own sake, just goof around and have fun riding and im sure companies will seek you when you get better.

i'm gonna give you some criticism to help you in the future. i've seen tonnnnns of sponsor videos and have been on the receiving end, trying to decide which riders to put on a team. here is what i'm gonna tell you, and they're not in order:

1. don't ever put words in your video. to show that was a barspin down the 4 flat 4, slow down the barspin so they know something went on. they will either watch it again or just see the barspin. also, if they want to know the stairs they will count them.

2. it's NOT about tricks. in the discription you put things like "some other tricks i can do are blah blah blah". it's really not about tricks at all. getting sponsorships is about how good you are, yes, but mostly about the image that you put out for the company. trying to add in little bits to say you are better than the video is, shows that you aren't willing to put in the time and effort to do your best in the video. why would a company want a lazy guy representing them? i know you're probably not lazy and there are reasons why you couldn't film those tricks, blah blah blah. but it's better to just not say anything at all.

3. that was the some of worst fisheye filming i've ever seen. the vig (or vignetting) is the black part of the fisheye. you either need to film without a fisheye or fix that vig. take the sunshade off if you have to. also, stand much closer. watch videos and pay attention to how they film, and how close they are. try to instruct your friends on filming techniques. because even though the sponsor knows you can't film yourself and it's not really your fault if a clip gets messed up, it still makes the video look A LOT worse if the filming is bad.

4. lines show consistency. do them, a lot. good videos are almost all lines, watch tom k's westward bound video and notice how many lines are in that video. obviously not every clip, but a lot of them are.

5. if it was first try, don't put it in the video unless it was a lucky first try trick. by this, i mean work really hard to push yourself out of your comfort zone and get the best possible tricks. you can obviously put a first try trick in your video if it's good enough... just try your best to push yourself to doing tricks that you never even knew you could do down those obstacles. and take your time, too. don't rush it.

hope this helped. good luck.

Thanks Riley^ I really appreciate that. I've been studying up on filming techniques and jargon and stuff, and I fixed my fisheye. Learned how to mess with the manual settings to get a better photo also.

ya if you want to get sponsored you should get a semi good camera, not going to lie the song isn't a good song for a scooter video, and work on trying to edit your video somewhat to me it looked like you just put a bunch of clips together and threw in a song.

Zach.... To be honest, thats prettymuch all I could do haha, I was using windows live moviemaker. But I upgraded, so sometime in the future I'm going to make a serious edit.
