no the scs is like inverted but upside down and the bolt is shorter just like a bike compression system think of the scs as a stem for a bike

No one answered my other questions.

What do you tighten the bolt with?

And what about HIC?

you tight the bolt with a 5mm allen key, as most of the m6 allen bolts...

to use HIC you must have hic bars....

dude, just BUY THE COMPRESSION and figure out how it works... its not that hard when you see it in the real life

just buy the stuff when you have everything together fiugre out how it works, it is just a 10 inch long m6 bolt and a 1 1/4'' starnut, its not that hard

HIC is a 1 1/4 piece of tube that compresses the headset, then you must use HIC BARS which are 1 3/8'' OD and 1 1/4'' on the inside, so you slide those oversized bars on the compression

im pretty much riding threadless right now without a compression system, with a threadless headset. cause these 125 aw forks dont grip my bars cause they suck and i have chromo bars so i just use 1 pro model double clamp 1 old a clamp and 1 new a clamp and its tight as a mofo or just 2 pro modle clamps would do it lol. so no you dont need a compression
No.

You dont know what your talking about.
