so on the website it says a Scoot Jam this month on...the 27th and then next month Cooter Con on the 26th of October....

I really think i should move up to AM, but too many people are signed up. I Have improved alot since i put my name down.

Wow you guys... I don't even know where to begin with all this DRAMA! I apologize for the long delay between contests.
First and formost...
The Jam and Comp are both happening and I am posting the info. I highly suggest a moderator restart this thread with more serious intentions with the newly posted date and starting a new list from scratch of those who will seriously attend. I will need also need a sign up of Judges from the Pro division to Judge the comp as well as a competent person to call tricks and emcee the competition. I also need to make sure this event gets properly documented, by you! Edits need to be posted on youtube like wildfire. YOU WILL HELP RUN THIS COMP. If I don't see good feedback from the community coming together to make this happen, this will definitely be the last scoot comp that I put together. I don't even scoot, why do you think I throw cooter con? To point and laugh? No, because I recognize that what you are doing takes skill and is bad ass (and also gets no respect from the other sports). So I do this for you to have fun and show everyone else how sick you can get down on a scoot and just have a day when everyone can come together. It's no easy task just whip out a contest and it sucks that you guys don't respect that.
Secondly
Tyler you need an attitude adjustment and definitely don't need to come to SB if your even remotely serious about what you write here. That's the last thing I need is a supposed respected team member of SBW shit talking about your home park that you've got to ride free for the last two years on the board. If you want to ride here again you'll arrange a meeting with me first.
Third...
Yes we've got some legit prizes for everyone this time. I'm not sure what all we will receive but guaranteed you'll be juiced when you see the sponsors. The deal with the scoot jam next saturday... An all day pass is $20 and all the money goes towards either buying more prizes for cooter con (depending on how much goodies we get for giveaways) or directly towards the cash winnings. If it works right and everyone gets involved we should be able to give away a good chunk of change for adv/pro and for each of the best trick spots.
Fourth...
Ya'll don't even know what I got up my sleeve. You guys all think you've got everyone else figured out.. "if so and so enters am then I'll enter beginner and win"... blah blah blah. Just so you know my blade team has been training and you very well may get beat by some kids that don't even scoot!
Fifth.
When people hear SB is closing, it makes them think they'll never go there again or that we're already closed for good. The absolute worst thing you can do is perpetuate the closing rumor. Now more than ever we need support by all riders to keep the park afloat. It's simple if we are supported, there's no way we'll ever close. If the community denies our existence, we will fail. Hopefully you took the time to read the letter Jill wrote on our site. Please put these rumors to rest and support.

my mom wont let cuz i have church and plus school is on monday.
and who knows what tyime the comp ends at.

Same here. I can't go Sunday because of school Monday. So Saturday would be great
