It makes no sense if thats how it works dude..
If the clips can't be released then how are they meant to watch the vid to judge it? Posting it on sr is only letting people know it's been released, not releasing it
So technically it has to be released..

uhm no you email it to the administrators lol... then if it wins it gets public, and if you dont win then you release it

Exactly.. You email the link of a vid that has already been released which is what I'm saying. Letting people see it isn't releasing it, but uploading it is since people are able to see it

email the link to SRCOTW�©GMAIL.COM

The admins and mods vote on it privately.
if it wins, it gets put on the front page.

IF YOU POST IT ON SR BEFORE THAT WEEKS COTW IS RELEASED IT GETS DISQUALIFIED.
