just cause he used one flyout clip, it was flyout but most people can't do 360buttercups and many of the tricks were very good. i don't know about his attitude or anything and the trick he didnt land shouldn't be there and it was too short but still a good video in my opnion

If you have to ask, then no, it's probably not. For the record, I didn't even watch it.

Secondly, riding is only one part of being a sponsored rider. You already said you don't like VertX decks and questioned if you had to ride a VertX complete or not. You're a good rider but in my opinion, you don't deserve a sponsorship.
