Couple questions

I'd rather find my perfect width by cutting bars down a little bit each time. Is that a bad idea if I buy buffs or one pieces though? Like order them in the widest they come and keep cutting a little.
 
1- 110mm is alot faster, and good as a front wheel, 100mm is obviously smaller and is good used on the back with a 110mm front wheel

2- get offset forks, they feel the same as stock forks bit are alot stronger obviously, zero offset would take too long to get used to and the only trick you benefit on is nose manuals, in my opinion not worth it

3- threadless is stronger because there is no weak spots on the forktube where the threads meet the threadless, but with wall thickness of 0.120 threaded should be fine, although if you have a compression system go ahead and get threadless.
