You must be joking, right?

Bahh, Is anyone else getting sick of all the reinforcement crap?, It takes time, effort, and a crap load of cash, Its getting old, Razor needs to make stronger scooter, the pro model was good, but not good enough, they have to stop putting folding mechs on them, cuase we just take em out and stick bolts in it anyways, Razor needs to realize the sport is evolving, and we need stronger scooters!!!!!!!!!!!.

The only crap im sick of is the 'Razor needs to...' crap.

if u dont like reinforceing then leave the sport because i reckon its wat makes things funnn designing yur scooter and shitt
i agree, you can modify everything on your scooter or change everything. i like how much you can customize, change, or paint.
and guys/girls , if you skateboarded, youd snap decks alot more, and when you snap a deck in skateboarding, its like 40 bucks. a pro model is 45, so you get a complete. if you reinforce it, itll last even longer. this sport is relatively cheap compared to other sports like bmxing and motorcross.
yesss...perfect point(s)

i am just wondering why they dont make the mec stronger, it is only welded in 4 liitle spots around the hole thing, they should weld all around it liek madis did to one of his pros

I think the foldy bolt should be a square that firmly holds the scooter like the bolts do, maybe with little things on the side cause the user will have to push it down cause itll be super tight.

Only thing i need for my heavy ass is the sides of teh scooter to be thicker and resist bending in the rear

Tommy Napolitan said:
i was going to do that to a new a/b foldy scoot but the welder said it wouldn't be as good if it was like that, but idk
he's right if you weld the whole thing it wont let it flex and it will crack a hell of a lot faster

the problem s that too few would buy it, the number of people that ride scooters for transportation are alot greater than the peopl who ride them for tricks etc.

just get used to renforcing them, its not like it takes that long anyways.

it takes like 10 mins to fix a stock scooter up.

haha john you get them for free so you don't have to worry about breaking scoots and not having one, lucky bastard

yeah, i buy my scooters now.

Besides that it's fun, the reason I quit skating to scooter was because with skating you have no customization at all. You get to pick colors and shit. That's pretty much it. But with a scooter you have loads more options. There's thousonds of stuff and reinforcements you can do to make it your own. Think about it, with scooters you can pretty much make whatever you want your scoot to be.

It'd be nice if a revision of the pro had a reinforced deck and play-less foldy as well as a stacked tube and welded foldy. I'd pay $80 for a Super Pro.

this thread is retarded... if you dont wanna take the time to mod/reinforce/fix/paint/whatever your scooter, then why even bother riding. and dont complain about not having proper tools. i dont have a drill nor a saw, and i make out just fine.

If they did this, scooters would cost a lot more to ship and process and we'd end up paying $10 more just because it's locked open.

You know they don't have to ship things completely put together. Even if it didn't have a foldy it could still be taken apart.
