custom bars

ok well i did search this and i did post qestions in the supper modding thread i didnt get answered..

well today i went out about bought 1 1/2 inch pipe for the head tube of the bars im making its steel so yea its heavy and once i figue out what i have to get i will get chrome but my problem is when i bough the 1 1/2 inch pipe there is no way i could ever get a clamp on it so what size does the out side have to be and what size does the handel bar have to be? and some1 who has experence with making them please answer

and can u give me the answer in inches cuz this .25 stuff is confusing

yea well i dont really want to pay like 30 dollers for them since its only like 10 for the metals at the store down the street

new a's are freakin shitttt i hate razor bars why would i buy a new A for razors rigth now im riding a seat post i just want to make my own once peices my nabor is liek a professionaly welder so it all works out if i can get the messurments

you need 1 1/8 or 1.125 inch id tube for the headtube. 1 1/2 is 1.5 inch.

1 1/8 is so hard to find i went into hardware stores asking for it they looked at me like i had 20 eyes the onyl place iv seen 1 1/8 is on online metals sept my parents will only use pay pal

btw dude, just go look at clamps too, you can buy a bigger clamp.

seatpost clamps for bikes are what you use.

Haha... And I still don't understand why did you buy a 1 1/2 pipe... the walls would either be like 0.1875" which is riddiculous or the internal diameter would be way too big.
