Use a grinder with a metal cutoff wheel in it. Just make sure you measure really well before cutting.

Pipe cutters only work for copper though??? Ive only seen copper pipe cutters. If you can find a pipe cutter made for chromoly then that would be a better idea. Dont try a copper pipe cutter on your bars because copper is alot softer metal than chromoly.
