Real ride has some obvious wear and tear from all the bikers that ride there like everyday.
its nothing thats really that bad, but there are some things that are a little sketch from the damage.
the Indoor Bmx park would be the ideal place for the comp if you had it. Everything is pretty well maintained in that area, and there are alot of good lines.
as for the foam pit, some people have complained about the mattresses that they have stuffed in the bottom, they are pretty hazardous and have some sharp edges that have cut a few people from what i have heard.
The roll in for the pit is in good condidtion and the launch aswell, but the foam pit is really dusty and will get tiny foam specs everywhere due to its locaton.. in full sunlight and weather.. You will hate it once it gets in your eyes.
The park isnt maintained as well as it could be, but all in all its still a decent place to ride.
If anyone wants pics, i will get some really soon since im going to go sometime during this next week.
