I bet it would be easier on a scooter if it wasn't for the bad surface you are landing on. You know how much easier and less dangerous it is to get off a scooter when you are in a bad spot? It is way easier then a bike. Bike has a bit more control, but only because the wheels are bigger and wider and your feet are pretty secure. On a scooter you could just drop it and run out without worry of having to jump over your vehicle. Bike it is way more dangerous.
