ok this is driving me insane, you have a lock (locked) and key on the lock and a key in 2 pieces.

Take it to a keycutter and get him to make a key using the one on the lock as a template.

There's probably an OH SHI- method only using what you see in the picture, but I'm thinking simple today.

Yeah i was gonna say the same thing. BTW picking locks isn't all that hard if you have someone teach you properly.

actually teaching your self isn't that hard if you start with simple locks and stuff

also, you could jam the key pieces in and open it. the bottom piece still has enough left on it to turn the lock, and the teeth should still be able to move the tumblers.

or you could bend the keyring and pick the lock with it
