Dear companies, I know this sounds crazy...

Andrew contradicted himself. He said it wasn't gonna be expensive to make, but the deck is $250.

i think the idea was that the concept would be more cost efficient in the long run. his deck is the first of its kind, his idea, and when other companies start to make parts for it, theyll probably cost alot less.

but also, you gotta think, all skateboards have some type of design on them, its what sells and advertises the product. and the proto star looks awesome haha

i think that companys arent gonna pick up on the TDI system, and ZG and lucky headtubes are intergangable

If you owned a company and wanted to make people know who made the product, then that is why you have logos on parts. Like saying why Apple should stop putting the apple on their products. Stupid. Because when you see the logo. You think apple. Then thoughts about the products. Identity to the company.

Yeah but it could be a decal instead of engraving/headtube cut out. It would save cost of production and therefore they would be able to sell it for less and still reach a reasonable profit.

yeah seriously, like the P on the phoenix isnt neccesary. But it adds its own style of uniqueness to it. but the proto deck is ridiculous. And like for 250 you could get a proto scooter deck, or a complete stock fit(bike). scooters are way too much money.

I wanna hear how much it really costs to make this stuff. Cause I don't see how a complete scooter costs just as much as a complete bike.
