the way i learned them was by spining frontside but instead of riding goofy as i usaly do i rode switch at first ant then sex changed so i could catch the deck they are pretty easy you once you get the hang of them

don't learn them like this

pretend like your doing a 360. keep the deck under you (never in front), spin hard. try 360 downsides on a quarter or somthing it might be easier and its kinda like a decade

They are hard to get on lock, but once you get them they are the funnest trick. I can do them over big boxes/spines now. I think i was the first person ever to do a decade late bartwist? And i've been doing 720 decades now
