defective FrenchID forks

as soon as i put on my compression sytem, it popped off.
i didnt overtighten my compression, but even if i did, it should have stayed on
AND SKY HIGH WONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS ABOUT GETTING A REPLACEMENT!?

Good it happened while tightening your compression, you could have eaten shit big time at your local skate park or on street...

Try contacting FrenchID directley...hope you get it solvet, this shouldn't have happened...

Im pretty sure they use some crazy adhesive (glue). Do you see any welds on that thing where it broke?
 
Nope. There 2pieces of aluminum with glue. That's why they are so cheap to make. Mine are exponeuvr because there just 1 machines piece put of a block.

Its not uncommon to use adhesive to join metals... what makes you think its not glue? Theres no welds on the thing and im pretty sure its been said before that it is held together by adhesive. You guy are thinking that they used Elmer's to glue it togeather. Metal adhesives are some wild shitt. You could probably rip your skin off with the stuff.
