dehubbing wheels

is there any way to stop my wheel from dehubbing, it is stating to chunk off.
just looking to see if there is like a glue or something

i tried fixing one of my wheels with jbweld and it lasted 5 minutes ( im a clean rider) what sorta glue should i be using???

put it in the front and try superglue.
