i hit the
prtsc
sys req button and then go to paint and save and upload and post.
oh and the button is usually by the f12 key

i hit the sys rq button i went into paint and nothing happened WTF????????

hit the prt sc(Print Screen) button, then open up paint and go to Edit - Paste.
