destroyed Knee

well Last summer i flew 12 feet to flat off a fly box and hit my knee off the lip of my pro deck.
results: huge 6 ince open wound, completly torn knee cap (its riped all ligiment and tendons and pushed my knee cap to the other side of my leg) and alot of pain killers and stiches and sergury!

yeah The werid lump below my knee and to the right is my knee cap hah

well I should have been out all summer (I did it right as summer started) but as soon as it scared over and the stiches were out (2 months) I did my own phyical therapy haha.

haha yeah dude Its crazy haha. I sad to drive back to my town like this and switch cars half way thourgh a 35 mile drive hahaha
