Dezbert IS LEGIT!! Read.

Mr. Dezbert and I traded a few weeks ago. My Tsi FM reinforced version, for his ambush and intergrated headset. I shipped priority first because i'm LEGIT and he received it in a few days very happy. Well he shipped mine out aswell after like he promised. I reveived the deck and was happy also. Although, about 2 weeks later, after I cracked my last promodel as I has planned, I went to go put together the ambush. I decided to polish the ambush and by the square weld on the bottom, the was one big mother F****** crack concealed by dirt(which I didnt know when I first received it becasue it hadn't cleaned it). I immediately notified Dezbert and he swore that he didnt know about the crack. I told him we have to do a trade back be he "apparently" has already traded my tsi. I'm txting him now and I said we need to make a deal and he refuses and says "i'm not wasting my money or a trip to the post office that has nothing to do with me."
I still have his address and phone number.

If u guys want to really know what happened feel free to read what I said in the legit list. Mark has NO idea what he's talking about

There's no way to prove you didn't ride it iv traded with him before I had no issues what so ever all part were in great condition so he most likely was not aware it was broke

Your right, I cant prove that I didnt ride it. "he most likely was not aware it was broke" I agree! which is why we need to compromise a deal to make things fair. I suggested we trade the ambush and headset and hardware, for his rupv2 and 20$ to cover shipping

If Mark is telling the truth in saying he hasn't ridden this deck yet, then I pin the fault on dezbert. If you're going to claim that there's nothing wrong with the deck, you need to know for sure that there's nothing wrong with it. There's no "ohhh I didn't know about it". That just shows us that you don't care enough about the people you're trading with to even give your deck a second look to make sure nothing is wrong with it.

I have some proof. Ask shortbusscooter that i went to the skatepark last weekend with him riding my promodel. or ask xtylerx but never gets on. He did look over it just not well enough.

Well ride it, and if the cracks get worse then start worrying.? And if he had any intentions of ripping you off why would he stay in contact with you and ship priority? If you had to polish the deck to find that crack he probly didnt know about it either.

That's what dezbert said in the legit list thread. He sounds somewhat believable, until I read what was in bold. Dropping a deck would not make that crack. The type of leverage and force you need to do that can not be recreated with a drop, unless it was slammed extremely hard on the bottom of the head tube from a reasonable height.

Besides, the post office workers do nothing but hold the item you're shipping until it's wrapped and packaged. A package may be tossed if there isn't a fragile label on it, but allow me to reiterate; that would not cause a crack.

I dont want to ride a deck that I know has a crack in it.
i know he didnt know about it. I completely understand about that part. so im saying we need to do a trade back.
