It's hard to find pity for you Mark. It really is. You're sucking up to everyone who's supporting your side of the story, and everyone else who is giving good advice (I.E. just ride the damn deck instead of complaining about a minor crack) is hellish or an asshole. If I saw a crack, sure i'd be a tad pissed but shit happens. I guarantee you in the time it'll take you to break that manbush you can accumulate enough money to BUY a new RUP v2 deck.

Dan's a good kid. Had he seen the crack he would've definitely told you about it before hand. This is honestly the first issue I've seen with Dan being unlegit (and it's not unlegit, more like a slightly non-thorough inspection) I see why you want some sort of reconciliation for this, but you're making a huge deal out of a small thing.

Rob- I never would have traded had I known there was a crack in it. So yes this is a big deal. And riding it until it breaks is horrible advice in my opinion.

It was just a fluke Mark. dezbert clearly didn't know about the crack. He clearly didn't expect it to be there, and I'm sure he wouldn't have traded if he knew there was a crack in it either. He's not unlegit, it was just a mistake, and I can tell he's trying to help you out on it. We can be sure that he'll be checking his parts over a lot more from now on, but in the end it was just a fluke.
