Im thinking about getting a Dia-Compe/Diatech CB-2 Headset . Its $40 and the bearings are sealed.... check it out :

Yer there good rode my mates 1 it was fast solid and smooth!
i like the gold 1's imo they may even come in purple.
don't get a FSA The Pig Unsealed because its unsealed.
or other than them 2, another good choice is cane creek s-3 and that will do.
