Depending on if it's your bearing's that are worn or if your bearing races in the wheel are starting to ovalize. Now if it's the bearings then you obviously need new ones
If by what you are asking how to "dial a wheel" I would say it's about getting the bearing spacers just right. Most wheels very with matching the race of the bearing to match the wheel race. If your bearing spacer is too long you will ovalize your wheel races. If your bearing spacer is too short your bearings will pinch and you will ware out your bearings super fast, plus it makes the bearings slower.
In short: It all comes down to proper bearing spacers. If your wheel was loose before and you road anyways then your wheel would only get worse. Which would mean replacement.
Twizzler's are good and strong. Best wheel in my opinion.

Thanks and when I said dial I tried to sound like I knew more about scooters then I did, but I just want it to bounce good cause I have eagles and it still sucks...
