Dialing Tilt forks

I can't get them dialed for some reason. There's enough room for the wheel to click back and forth and I've already tightened the balls out of the bolts. How do I fix this? My wheel is brand new so it's not ovalized or anything. The fork is brand new too. Washers don't fit.

Don't try washers, the fork has built in spacers. If you force washers in there, you'll end up bending the fork legs out, and your wheel will more than likely click when riding.

I don't really know man... I ride a Tilt Fork with 110 Blunt Wheels and reds, and they don't rattle or anything. Sorry.

The stock axle must be a tad too long-

Try an aftermarket Bolt axle

You might be able to find the Socket Head Bolt at a Local Hardware store also
