Did I screw my Razor Pro up?

Today I decided to go for a nice morning scoot.

The morning started boringly enough, until I saw a large gap (3+ feet) over a flat strip of grass onto a basketball court that I knew I must try.

The runway was very large, so I got up to maximum speed, bunnyhopped, and thats when shit really hit the fan: I bailed, and attempted to tuck and roll, but instead ended up tripping over my own feet and rolling directly onto my head.

After I laid there for a few minutes assessing my bodily damage, I got up to assess the monetary damage done to my recently purchased (two weeks ago) Razor pro model.

It looked fine, but as soon as I got on it and turned, I knew something was wrong: the handlebars are EXTREMELY stiff and I have to fight them, basically, to go in any direction but straight...and this obviously makes things such as tailwhips neigh impossible.

After I managed to make my way home, I tried to loosen the two bolts at the bottom of the steering column, but nothing came of this (I loosened them until they were basically falling out).

So, did I ruin it/bend something? Am I loosening the right bolt, or do I loosen something else?

Before anyone says, I've searched, but I didn't really know what to search for and found nothing.

Wait, I think I already said I did this in the first post

I went and took the clamp completely off, and then started to unscrew the giant nut holding the steering column on, but the stiffness seems to only have improved a tiny bit. =/

After about an hour of fiddling with it, taking it completely apart, and randomly spinning the bars around, I somehow fixed it. I don't even know what it was...it just stopped sticking and it loosened up more than it used to be.

Thanks man.

I had that problem once with my FSA Pig when I threw my scooter around for fun. Open up your headset and take a look at the balls and make sure everyone is in the right place.
