Should I give him another chance? I feel like he was annoying as ----- and he didnt do anything too serious. He just trolled and annoyed the shit outta people. But I told him its not solely up to me. I gave him the IP ban, but you other guys have also given him bans.

Just wanted some other opinions. Leave him banned or give him another chance and keep a close eye on him?

Edit: I know he kinda gave me a sob story, but that isnt the reason why I considered letting him back haha.
