dirt scooter bearings

my cirt scoot is way too slow.... its running razor electric scoot wheels and the bearings... i cabnt remove them at all. i've lubed them and it doesnt help, how else can i speed it up?:confused:

It is but if wd40 is the only thing left, spray some on to a rag and rub it over your bearings (inside and out), then wipe em dry.

Bring it to a bike shop and try to remove the bearings? Or take the Shields off and soak the whole wheel in turpentine to remove old oil and dirt... Then re lube them with 3 in1 lube

WAIT! Its probably cuz your bearings are unsealed like many bike wheels! Bring them into a bike shop and ask them to re grease them. Btw when you lube unsealed it just doesn't work cuz the lube is too thin, you need to take the axle off and grease them.

they are sealed, i'll do that.
