a business' #1 concern is customer service
they will send you wheels for sure if you talk to them

i ordered a lowpro and they sent a yakk. but i complained sent them an email and got to keep the yak and they sent me a free lowpro.

don't bump old threads please. but why would you complain if you ordered a lowpro and got a yak. yaks are better than lowpros
