your threads arent made for that headset which basically means the headset is too big for that fork dood. the fork's threads are going past where they would normally stop so when you spin the headset it is actually tightening it.
there isnt much you can do unless you wanna use locktight, only thing you can do is get another fork... stock pro forks should work, but not rups
