that should fix it, take a diff axle and put it in the other side and nock it out

this worked, It turns out that one of the spacer things on the inside of the deck is dented, so the axle has problems going in and out... Whatever

Any recomendations on how tight I should have my axles tightened with metal cores?

Just tighten them down. It doesn't matter how tight they are, since the bearings will still spin. That's what they are meant to do. Just make sure you don't strip the axle threads. It sucks.

Your still supposed to have bearing spacers in plastic cores but anyway they are the spacer that's a little smaller then the axle spacer and it goes in between your bearings

take a big phillips screwdriver and grind it against the edges of the holes on the deck. also it helps to take out the square plastic thingys...
