district v2i brake issue

My brake is making" tink" notice from the brake hitting the deck on the sides.

Solutions? Similar problems?

Put a bike tube under the brake, it keeps it from moving.

district brakes are such a pain in the ass..... put it in a vice grip and lube it all up and pull for youre god damn life, thats how i do it. and then get a flexxy to eliminate all ur trouble

i would enjoy flexxys a bit more if they actually stopped me, they seem to just think i want to coast 20 feet until i stop

haha, learn not to use the brake anyway, i dont use mine, i just have it to make my scooter look good, and on my old district it was hard as to brake cus it took so much weight, i reckon flexxys stop faster than district brakes anywat IMO or maybe mine was dodgey.

i dont use the brake to much, but i ride street quite a bit and having the stopping power is nice
