DMFBMX2 > MHPBMX2?

So I'm gonna go buy one of these games today, and everyone always says DMFBMX is better than MHPBMX, but why? I'll probaby end up buying DMFBMX simply because everyone says its better, but i just wanted to know why its better. thanks.

Well I have both games, and trust me, Dave is a LOT better. It has more tricks, more riders, better music, more areas... it goes on. MH only has flatland over Dave, but thats it.

I rented MHPBMX2 and DMFBMX2 like 5 years ago, and I know that I thought Hoffman was better because I could figure out the controls (they're basically Tony Hawk). I don't know that much though and I'll probably just pick up Mirra from Gamestop or something.

I bought DMFBMX2 from Game Crazy for 5 bucks. Its awesome. I love to bust 360 lookbacks over dirt jumps or flyboxes, and do whips over stuff. Also the park editor is hella sick. I made a huge map surrounded by qp's, and in the middle was flybox runs and step up runs, step down runs, and spine runs, all set up so you could hit it all back to back and just flow non stop. So fun.

i had both and i brought dave miraa 2 back cause it sucked. i still play hoffman2 to this day, like 5 years later. so i say hoffman2. and it has the park creator. i dont think dave mirra does.

Mat Hoffman is just weird, the controls are all weird, at least for the steering and stuff. I've got to say, the pedal/sprocket grinds are some sick shit.

lmao. DM2 is sooo fun. BMX XXX is just liek it but ghetto lol its sick too. MH2. the 720 whips in that game are so legit they cork out and everything over boxes and stuff. They are both REALLY good games. <3

i haven't played either of those, but i like the bmx in THAW. bust out whip to bars all over the place, 540 downside whips, fakie stuff, etc. and double frontflips on the concrete spine at the vans park is so fun.

Dave Mirra 2 is definately the better game. the main detractor for me from Matt hoffman is the way the steering and sh!t is set up.. its retarded.

Dave Mirra definately i fuckin' love that game, so much fun to play, but the tricks you can do a pretty un-realistic so i try keep them as realistic as i can.

Dave mirra is alittle bit unrealistic for my likes, i've pulled triple back 1260 no hander barspin LOL.

Matt hoffman is more realistic, but less challenging..
like in DM theres a challenge of 526 foot grind, lol. AND IT HAS SLIM JIM GUY.
