use a eagle-sport spacer in a eagle wheel? apparently it's why i have a rattling spacer and a wobbly wheel. true?

Yeah mine came out of a smashed razor pro wheel and I thought they would all be universal...

they are all the same but as you said the spacer is smashed up so might have to get one from somewhere else, doesnt have to be an eagle one.
Fact: eagle spacers make bearings near impossible to get back out of any low tolerance bearing slotted wheels.

^^ The wheel was smashed, the spacer was a little ruffed up but it looked useable.

The wheel (eagle) also wobbles when I roll it, could this be the bearings being in crooked or something to do with that?

It shouldn't make the wheel easier to break should it?

yeah probs the bearings in crooked by the sounds of it. also sometime the spacers wont let the bearings sit properly because the spacer is too big, you fix that by fileling the spacer down till the bearings sit inside the wheels as if there is no spacer inside. sounds hard but it make everything quiet and level

So new bearings? And how the fuck do you get bearings out of eagles? The reason they are in there crooked (if they are) is cause I had to hammer the shit out of them to get em in it... Sorry for the millions of questions, but if it's in crooked does that mean the bearing cups will be munted?

if u have an eagle spacer just get an allen key and put it in the wheel so the end sits on the most inner metal ring of your bearings. if you don't do it on the metal rings it will fuck up your bearing. next find a bit of concrete and hit it with the allen key. this usually knocks the bearing out.

Na i don't have a eagle spacer, I only got a normal one out of a razor pro wheel. I don't wanna fuck the wheel up trying to get the bearings out cause it probably isn't the problem, even though it most likely is...

The easiest way to get bearings out of eagles is to make to spacer inside move so that it is in the way of the axle if you try and put it through, so it wont go through. Then you put the axle through till it hits the spacer and hit the axle with a hammer. This will push the spacer and therefore push the bearing out.

Hope this helps...

No it doesn't mess up the spacer, it works really well. And don't hammer in your bearings, they never go in properly. I used to haha. Just take a rear Axle and put the bearings and spacer in, then throw old bearings on the end and just tighten it with an Allen key. It's really smooth, easy, and doesn't mess everything up

I did that with another wheel and somehow still managed to get one of the fucking things in crooked...
