Do Viper Bars have a slit?

Hey guys, i already shot an e-mail off to titetoyz.com but maybe one of the SR minds could answer my question quicker. Do Viper bars have a slit or are they SCS ready out of the box? If so cutting and using a fork tube should work, right?

scs raises bars 2 inches, because your not clamping the bar on the fork. thats why you have.... NO SLIT! or, you can stick a forktube in there so that the bar is compressing on a "fork" so that the bar wont bend in.

They come with the slit unless you specify otherwise in the notes.

He's Being Sarcastic I Believe. The Way The Other Guy said to do was cut the threads off the fork and put it in the bars. You can't cut off threads...
