Does rad crows hic bars come with all u need?

I'm going to order from freestyle depot and i wonder if i get the shim and bars together when i choose hic bars? maybe a stupid question

Yeah you get the shim but they only ship to US and Canada for some funny reason

Im getting some, and Im in the US. Does it come with the cap too?

i would think so, but if not you could just use a washer or the topcap that came with your headset

on their site it says they ship all over the world, like that i could choose norway when i chose adress :/
