Drilled holes in brake

What would happen if you drilled holes in a stock pro brake, would it weaken it? And how would you do it like with a pedestal drill or what.

Nothing would happen really, but it would weaken it, and also, make sure the holes are perfectly smooth or you will rip you wheel apart.

how much would it weaken by. how would it break if i drilled the holes, how long would it take to break, would it make a difference if i cut the brake too

It would be weakened, yes.

You cant really tell how much it will weaken it by, bt it will weaken it a fair bit, and you would probably snap the brake along one of the holes. Just leave it and dont drill any holes, but cutting it down wont weaken it. I would just leave it, and cut it down, then your set.

Make sure you file and sand your brake down after you cut it so it doesn't grate your wheel like cheese.
