I own SR.
I have my own opinions on drugs and I like everyone else being able to share theirs BUT A LOT of the kids on this site are really young and I am struggling to decide whether or not to censor them by removing the drug thread. After all this is a scooter site. I know it is posted in the discuss anything but I think it might be a little much. They will all be exposed to these things in time on their own I just don't think that time needs to be while they are visiting a site about riding scooters.
There are a few other threads I am looking at too like the breast size and the people you don't respect threads. I just think some of the stuff is a little inappropriate and doesn't really have a place on the forum but at the same time I don't want to be the big bad nanny telling people what they can and can't say.
I also thought about getting rid of KC's speech thread since he got soo butt hurt over it but considering past events I decided to leave it and call it karma.
You thoughts?
EDIT: I also want to try to crack down again a little on the unnecessary profanity (not that any profanity is necessary). I know it hasn't really been that bad anymore but the chatbox is usually full of it and I think I read fuck or fucking about 4 times just on the main page of the injury section and I know there is a lot more when you actually go through reading all the threads on the forum in general.
