i have a baby scs scorcher forks and buff bars. the scorcher fork has a skinny forktube diameter and it makes the scs way uneven so i use a soda can shim on the forktube. its still uneven and some times it twists a little. can i put 1 layer of duct tape over the soda can shim to take up more space or would that get fucked up easily

I'd put the duct tape on the fork, then a soda can shim (to keep it from moving, the duct tape will make the shim stay in place)

should work?

agreed with rob. if you just put duct tape over the shim, when it gets hot outside, the duct tape is gonna be all weird and ruin you bars and shim as well, but underneath it should be fine...

yea do not use the duct tape it will get all wierd on you and be really hard to get the knucks off or to just take off the fork. Use more soda cans
