Dying scooter wheels didnt work?

PLEASE HELP QUICK!

i tried dying my wheels from white to black and there yellow on the sides, what the ----- i did everything right, boiled the water and let them sit there over night, i even used the whole pack.

definatley not cool, it looks like a steaming pile of shit. and i boiled water until little bubbles came up and poured it in a bucket. the rit packet was kind of small and i might of used to much water, i threw in my friends rup wheels and they turned out good but not fully black

you need to just boil the water and then dump a pack of black rit dye in the boiling water and then drop the wheels in the water turn the heat down a little bit and leave the water hot and kinda boiling for 45 mins. water needs to be hot works alot better then take them out of the boiling water and rinse in warm tap water

Harder wheels are harder to dye, obviously. Leave it in for longer.

seriously now its just pissing me off, ive left them in forever and they drie a piss vomit yellow shade on the sides, the tops of them are perfect black, what the ----- do i have to leave them in for a month
