It won't work, you could go red to black but not black to red, you can't go lighter.

if the core is anodied and you bleach the urethen it will turn the anodized to silver

you can't bleach a wheel, it won't work. people have tried it already.

alrite i have 2 black urethane 1 silver core 1 black core
