JonDogg, tell me who where and when plse. There are as good as none reclamations that I received, IÃ?Æ?ââ?¬Å¡Ã?â??Ã?´m allways open for arguments and will allways do my best to solve problems.
Were now making the fastest wheels possible BUT if needed we can also make the cores thicker (read: heavier).
For the 110mm we use 3,5mm wall thickness instead of the 2mm as for the 100mm wheels.
By the way, ALL wheels are HANDMADE in Europe (each wheel takes in total 25 hours to produce)
we dont care about weight, we just need extremely strong wheels. we pretty much only like the harder urethane (the yellow ones).

also, it is illegal to profit advertise on this site, so dont. but we would strongly encourage you to communicate with us riders about products and what would be ideal for scooters if you are making new things.

OK you are right about advertising but I think I helped a lot of you out there to find who and where we are now..
The cores of the Eagle Sport Wheels are made out of 6063 Aluminium, they can be made out of 7075 alu also but that will make the wheels unnecesery expensive.
For rollerskiing the cores were made with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm and for scooters they are made with a 2mm wallthickness to make them stronger.
Its not just to say that harder Urethanes are better, its also the quality of the Urethane and the way the Urethane (read: wheels) is produced.
Urethane is a general word and it can be 1000ths of different materials. The Urethane Used on the Eagle Sport wheels is a special blend according to the wheel producers specifications made, and is only possible to use with HAND pouring, NOT with a machine.
Machine poured wheels are ALLWAYS a less quality.
The Eagle Sport wheels are famous for their speed because they have a rebound of minimum 90%.
People who want to buy these wheels in a country where there is no disitributor can contact Eagle Sport through the website and can buy them directly (till there is a salespoint in that country). At the moment we do not sell to any shop in the states directly. YOU ALSO can contact the SCOOTERRESOURCE shop and ask there for the Eagle Sport wheels, they also can get them. You also can ask your local shop to contact Eagle Sport for these wheels.
